The rumors are true, its sponsorship time, now look, before you start, it’s been 5 years since the last time.

Cycle Route 21 (Google it if you get time)

Over 100 miles, Greenwich to Eastbourne, on and off road, over the North and South Downs, over and though the Weald, taking in some of the hilliest areas the South has to offer. All in one day!

This is a private venture, so I took the idea from a work collegue and set up a web page with “Virgin Giving”.

I am collecting for St Christopher’s Hospice, following the events of one of Dannies friends.

Look, there’s no pressure, I will be doing the ride anyway, we all give to various charities already, whatever I collect I’m sure they will be grateful.

I have wanted to do this for some time, so I thought I might as well pick up some money for Charity while I’m at it.

It will be me and the insane son Daryl, perhaps the beer swilling, chain smoking other one, Callum, but don’t hold your breath.

League Presentation Night

This year’s presentation night is to be held on Saturday 17^th July

Venue: Caterham Ex Services Club - (Caterham on the Hill)

8.00 pm start with awards presented around 8:45

As usual there will be a free draw, with a cash reward for two league members

(1 league member from each division, providing they’re in attendance)

Please support your league by encouraging all you team members to attend,

at least one representative is expected to attend from each team.

Of course all optimistic football fans will be still looking to celebrate England winning the World Cup.
